This saturday, Manic Nightnings Productions, the team behind the huge success of Carte Blanche 2013, ushers in another first -- Liberalia: The Neon Glow Party.
Set to culminate Araw ng Dabaw and the Big Davao Fun Sale, it will feature neon-sporting tribal dancers before the main acts.
Ready to glow? LIEU lists a few quick reminders for the party.
1. Most white clothes will glow under a black light. Neon-colored clothes will work, too.
