Summer or not, living in one heck of a hot country, a pair of schnazzy sun glasses is something always necessary to carry around. In case you don’t have a pair and you don’t have the slightest clue as to what to purchase, let LIEU guide you through a varied selection of styles fit for everyone.

There are sun glasses that are designed for certain types of facial structures but sometimes we like to think that sun glasses can make anybody look like a movie star, however that isn’t always the case. Be a smarter shopper with this guide but we aren’t limiting you either! Let’s go!

Choose the perfect pair that suits you!

TRIANGULAR
Try top-heavy frames for starters. This helps balance out the shape of your face. Also, try tear-drop shaped frames which does the same trick.

DIAMOND
Known to be the most difficult to flatter. We suggest avoiding any circular, curved and angular frames. Go for a squarer type. Tips of frames create a slimming illusion.

HEART-SHAPED
Widest at the forehead and narrow around the jaw.  A pair of aviators will work like a charm!

OVAL
Go for frames that are anything but geometric! Faces like, long and slender, should be softened, shortened and wide with rounder frames.

SQUARE
For faces with strong features such as the squares, go for a more rounded or slightly curved frame.

OBLONG
Any frame but experts suggest to go with sun glasses that are as wide as your face as its widest point.

ROUND
Circle gets the square! Wayfarers, a more square type of frame suits circular faces to add definition.

EXTRA TIPS!
  •          Sunglasses should sit snuggly on your face. Especially on our nose and ears. Make sure that it does not pinch or rub.
  •          Keep your sunnies in a carrying case when not in use.
  •          Make sure that your eyelashes do not touch the lens
