A new video from Shmek'm surfaced recently, DZHS S01E12, where Camacho still has some unfinished business but Bobim doesn't want to let him go. We've caught up with Leo Jeorge Bautista, one of the directors from Shmek'm to tell us more about their videos, parodies, inspirations, and favorites. Read on!


Tell us more about the recent video you uploaded, DZHS S01E12.

We just wanted to make a "teleserye" type of video that goes from serious to really stupid to "WTF is this sh*t?" It's actually an exaggerated take on local TV series on how the shows progress. Plus we had Bogart The Explorer to do cameo!

How is Shmek'm doing now?

Shmekm is doing fine right now, not at it's best that's why we're not uploading as much as we used to. But a lot of good progress has been happening behind the scenes though, a ton of good support from really good people so expect a lot more content for the rest of the year.


What inspired you to do parodies of trailers, fake series, and commercials?

We have a lot of parodies and fake trailers on our channel but our channel doesn't really focus on those. We're an "anything goes" type of youtube channel, so we do any random thing we can think of.

Among 43 videos uploaded on your youtube account, which are your favorite 5?

The reason why I like these 5 is because they're one of the hardest videos we've ever made and these also had the best audience reactions. Plus they're those types of videos we did that we're least embarrassed of:
