The animated series Adventure Time, known for its infectious tunes, quirky characters, and the topsy-turvy misadventures of the show's dynamic duo, Finn and Jake, makes us all wish we were kids again.

Last May 2-4, 2014, the show's major casts entertained the crowd with a live show at Abreeza Mall. The 3-day show captivated audiences of all shapes, sizes, not to mention age bracket.

The adored TV show ended with a meet-and-greet session with Finn, Jake, and the rest of the cast.

It has always been the little things that make big things what they are. Like any other fashion ensemble, the tiny details that we usually don't notice are the ones that make our personal style stand out. From the patterns on our chosen footwear to the graphics printed on our tops, we should know that these things make our style finer.

Last Saturday, the LIEU team went style hunting in Abreeza to look for stylish shoppers that value the importance of sartorial details without compromising the whole outfit. Take a look at how they made their outfits stand out more with these fashionable pieces; Spiked shoes, statement caps, graphic shirts, camo pants, combat boots, and high top sneaker wedges — They sure know how to stand out!

Be a part of this sartorial project! Be at your best outfit, be the hippest among the crowd. We will be in Abreeza every Saturday from 2PM to 5PM, to document Davao's growing fashion scene.

Even if it's just a jeans and shirt ensemble, it grabs attention! From the colored jeans to graphic shirts, or loose boyfriend tops to comfortable cardigans - they surely know how to mix and match.

In its mission to usher in a more stylish Davao, Abreeza Mall presents a bold first in Davao shopping that will not just promote a passion for fashion, but will champion the city’s youth culture as well.

Abreeza teams up with independent publication LIEU Magazine (www.lieumagazine.com), an online magazine that aims to speak to and for today’s Davao youth by showcasing their talents, tastes, and lifestyles. Together, they present Jaywalking in Abreeza, a weekly project that will capture Davao contemporary street style by photographing young, stylish individuals at the mall.

Jaywalking is one of LIEU’s most popular sections, owing to its ability to portray the fresh takes on trends and unique style statements of young Davaoeños in different corners of the city. Beginning September 28 and ongoing every Saturday until the end of 2013, Jaywalking will make Abreeza its home, with LIEU’s roving photographers scouting for and taking snapshots of style-savvy shoppers.

Mall-goers chosen by the LIEU team will be featured on the LIEU website and in social media promotions by LIEU and Abreeza. In addition, they will also be rewarded with freebies such as Abreeza movie passes.

With Abreeza’s picture-perfect environs and its impressive mix of luxury apparel brands, high street favorites, and local retail leaders, it is the ideal place for Davao’s young, sartorially-minded denizens to let their true style personalities out. Jaywalking in Abreeza will not only shine the spotlight on recent trends in fashion, it will also push forward a stronger sense of youth street style in Davao.
