From 30 participants last year, to 50 this year for the 9th leg of the Mindanao Film Festival. From petty student amateurs to Guerilla filmmakers, from music videos to full-feature length films, the filmmaking scene in Davao is creating a huge buzz and slowly becoming a force to be reckoned with. The best films from schools and independent filmmakers all around Mindanao will be showcased in the big-screen and we would like to invite you to show your support, not only for your schoolmates' entry, but also for the filmmaking scene here in Mindanao.

The screening dates will be on December 4 to 10 at Gaisano Mall of Davao Cinema 5.

Updates regarding the starting time of the event as well as the block screening schedules will be posted soon.
