Party at the Blue Room, Apo View Hotel this March 8, 2014 as LIEU Online Magazine turns a year old. The launching party will be our chance to thank all those who made a year of LIEU possible.

This party will feature handpicked local acts Jad Montenegro, lucas, Thea Pitogo, Tramonto, and DJ Jon Game.

Be with us as we celebrate life, art, and all that comes in between. Oh yeah, and we'll give out free drinks until supplies last.

WHAT HAPPENED:

We had another launching party for our third issue, a form of celebration and also interaction with our readers. Like our first launching party still held at Blue Room, we had spiels from our hosts Ralz San Pedro and Adzie Madronero about what we are and what we are trying to advocate. If you've attended one of our three parties, you have already known what we do and memorized the line "That's L I E U magazine!"

LIEU Magazine is a local art magazine created for and by the young people of Davao City. In it, we hope to spread the art of young, promising artists who dabble in the field of music, film, literature, photography, graphic design, or anything in between.

By featuring the new breed of bold and passionate local artists, we aim to inspire others to share their own artistic ventures.

At the core of it all, we hope others will also live by our mantra: Live to create.
