#JAYWALKINGINABREEZA: Personal Style
Photographed by Aidx Paredes
Our personal style will make us stand out from the crowd, no matter what season it is in the fashion world. It also speaks volumes of our personality. Whether we're grunge kids by heart or Parisian chic by choice — like secrets, our personal style will come out in the choices of clothes we wear.
Last Saturday, the LIEU team roamed around Abreeza to take snaps of shoppers who executed their personal style well. In their own distinct ways, they showed us that fashion trends may come and go, but personal style will never fade.

How to stand out, according to this scene-stealer: coiff up your hair, wear a leather jacket on your shoulders, and pair the boots with black stockings. Don't forget to top it all off with round glasses.
Bow ties have always given off a preppy vibe, but this boy roughens his up by pairing it with a grunge piece: worn combat boots.
Denim cutoffs, a plain white tee, classic Vans, a dog tag, and a cute baby girl — talk about manning up in a girly way.
Skater shoes, buttoned-up shirt, a camera in one hand and a G-Shock watch on the other — this graffitti artist's ensemble is the anatomy of a cool kid's closet.
Stylish ladies start out as little girls who dress up for the mall. This fashionista-in-the-making mixes prints by wearing a cropped graphic tee over a striped tank and finishing off with leopard print boots.
How do you wear gold without coming off as matronly? This shopper is a study in contrast as she tones down the glimmer with a casual denim vest.
This edgy young fashion designer shows us what his style is all about: goth, deconstruction, and lots of black.
Who says you can't wear pink and be manly at the same time? Pair pink with khaki, accessorize with leather shoes and a classic watch, and you'll be all man in the ladies' eyes.
Hey there, sailor! Thank you for reminding us that basic stripes and bold red always work. Always.
An oversized polo, a skater skirt, and a pair of cool sneakers? An unlikely combo, but yes please!
Even young boys have style. This green-loving grade schooler pairs a lime tie-dyed shirt and forest green Chucks with basic khaki shorts.
A black cardi and loose-fit pants plus a dressy top and a gold-buckled belt equal casual elegance.
